Orders to New Zealand addresses are FREE when you spend $100 or more in one order.

Express Post Plus NZ is delivered by DHL, TNT, FedEx or UPS.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, these orders are handed over to your country's local postal company for final delivery. For example, if your delivery address is in the USA, then your order will be delivered by USPS.

Generally, orders into New Zealand carry no import duty if the value is under $1000. We collect 15% GST for all New Zealand orders, if Customs NZ asks for proof of GST please present the Digitial Invoice that was emailed to you after ordering as proof of payment.

All orders are sent for picking and packing within 6 - 12 hours. Once your order is inspected, picked and packed it is then collected by our courier within 6 - 12 hours. The total handling time from placing your order to having it sent out of our warehouse with our courier is between 12 - 24 hours not including weekends or public holidays. Depending on the postal option chosen dispatch from our warehouse can take from 6 - 72 hours
