What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment service which allows flexible payment plans for your online purchases. Purchase your favourite items today and enjoy the convenience of paying them off after you receive them, in four equal instalments over 8 weeks.

What is required to use Afterpay?

1. An Australian residential address
2. A valid credit or debit card
3. To be over 18 years old

How does Afterpay work?

1. Add your items to the shopping bag (up to the value of $2000 AUD).
2. Select Afterpay at checkout and you’ll be redirected to the Afterpay website.
3. Register or log in to your Afterpay account and confirm your payment.

When will my goods be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered according to our regular Standard delivery timeframes. Free shipping is available on orders Australia-wide and internationally on orders over $100 AUD.

How does the payment schedule work?

All new Afterpay customers must make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments automatically deducted each fortnight over the next 6 weeks.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule and make voluntary early payments. If you don’t, Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, Afterpay is available on purchases up to the value of $2000 AUD at Frank and Beans.

How do I return an item purchased with Afterpay?

You can return your Afterpay purchase using our standard online returns process. Click here to request a return.

Once we receive your returned goods, we'll notify Afterpay and cancel any further payments. If payments have already been made, the amount will be refunded to your original card.

Afterpay will process the refund and email you confirmation. Your bank may take up to 48 hours or more to reflect the refund.

Will I pay interest on my Afterpay purchase?

Afterpay does not charge any interest. However, credit card interest depends on your agreement with your financial institution. Refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions.

1. Afterpay offers instant online approval.
2. No application form is required.
3. Afterpay is not available for Click & Collect.
4. Afterpay is not available on Gift Card purchases.
